MASTER COURSE

EU TRANSPARENCY AND CORRUPTION PREVENTION POLICIES WITHIN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

JANUARY REPORT

The first month of the Master’s lessons in Naples is over.

Lessons generally take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the most panoramic room on the sixth floor of the Pakanowki building, in via Generale Parisi n. 13, Naples-Italy.

All lecturers carried out their lessons interactively and engaged in interesting classroom debates with students who are encouraged to take part, discuss and collaborate in workshops and take classroom tests.

The performances are very good and the learning level of our students is increasing considerably.

The first training module carried out concerns the Public administration in the domestic, European and international context. This Module has been specifically dedicated to the study of constitutional principles, of International and European law that inform the P.A. sector and EU policies to combat the illegality in the public sector. In particular, the main objectives and strategies of the public system development policies and the European guidelines and directives on transparency, legality and efficiency of the public sector were illustrated.

Some of the most recent and innovative reforms on efficiency, transparency and anti-corruption adopted by the Member States, and in particular by Italy, have been studied.

We believe that the course has been so far interesting and successful.

Thanks to all for the collaboration and support and Good continuation to all master students!
